Goonhilly movie - visual treatment.
We were looking to create a dynamic way of telling the story but a technique that is also achievable in the timeframe.
So we created this approach - the camera is in orbit and travels from screen to screen which are positioned in an abstract space environment.
Some of the screens are flat but also some are multi-layered. Below is the camera set-up in 3d space.
We also wanted to create a way of bringing in elements that looked like they were constructed from abstract data. The data flows and forms a structure. A good way of introducing the Goonhilly icon.
